Cancellation policy
This policy applies to reservations booked directly on coastkellys.com. Time is measured to 4:00 PM Eastern on your scheduled check-in day.

| 14–29 days before check-in | 50% of the nightly rate; cleaning fee and taxes refunded in full |
| Fewer than 14 days before check-in | No refund (cleaning fee and taxes refunded in full) |
How refunds work
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
- To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or use the contact form with your reservation number.
- If we ever have to cancel your reservation (e.g., mandatory evacuation order or the home becoming uninhabitable), you receive a 100% refund — no questions asked.
Hurricane & evacuation
If the Jekyll Island Authority or Glynn County issues a mandatory evacuation order covering your stay dates, you'll receive a full refund for the affected nights regardless of timing.
Travel insurance
For peace of mind against illness, weather, or plans changing inside the 30-day window, we recommend trip insurance from providers such as Travel Guard or Allianz.
